The menu was designed by Chef Jared and his team to show the unique flavors in each plate and wine. The idea of serving of tapas is to encourage conversation, with a bite or two of food and a sip of wine. We took this idea and expanded upon it. We have selected four amazing wines on their own, but when paired with the food they sing!

Myron’s Prime Steak House is proud to introduce

“An Evening with Syrah” Wine Dinner

The style and flavor profile of wines made from the Syrah grape is influenced by the climate where the grapes are grown with moderate climates tending to produce medium to full-bodied wines with medium-plus to high levels of tannins and flavors of blackberry, mint and black pepper notes. In hot climates, Syrah is more consistently full-bodied with softer tannin, jammier fruit and spice notes of liquorice, anise and earthy leather. In many regions the acidity and tannin levels of Syrah allows the wines produced from the grape to have favorable aging potential. Please join us on August 17, 2015 and try four unique Syrah’s with a delicious menu prepared by Chef Jared and his staff.

American Born Moonshine Dinner

By Uncategorized

Moonshine whiskey has played a central role in many chapters of the American story. The roots trace all the way back to Jamestown and came to prominence during the Whiskey Rebellion following the War of Independence – when patriots of our new nation took a stand against unfair taxation. From the moonshiners, to the bootleggers, to the hush of the speakeasies, the story of American moonshine whiskey is the story of the indomitable rebel spirit of America.
.
Today, a little bootlegger lives on in everyone. A code of living thrown in the face of anyone who dared to stop it. And a spirit that, in today’s spirits, hasn’t been seen since. One that is American born in every way. We are honored to carry the banner for this incredible spirit in our American Born Moonshine.
